August 2026

New

The Contact Manager: every person you touch, one list

A new Contact Manager puts your own contacts, your donors, and your volunteers in one searchable list. Donors and volunteers appear automatically from their own apps, so nothing is retyped. Click any person to log a call, email, text, or meeting with an optional follow-up date; the Follow-ups screen holds everything you promised until you mark it done. Tasks and appointments live on the person they are about, a donor's giving history and a volunteer's hours show right on their record, and contacts import from a spreadsheet with a preview and a one-click undo. Open it from My Apps or at www.allinonenonprofit.com/contact-manager/.

New

Forms that report on themselves

Every form you build can now email your team a scheduled summary of its responses, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually: the key figures, per-field breakdowns, and notable comments, written in plain language. A one-click board report turns the same summary into a Word document on your organization letterhead, ready to download, save to the Document Library, or email. Forms also has its own tile on My Apps now, under Operations and Compliance.

New

Always know which platform you are in

Your apps portal now shows a clear platform label at the top (Nonprofit platform on All In One Nonprofit, Club platform on Build Your Club), and every app screen carries a small matching badge. If you work across both brands, or run a club and a nonprofit, you can tell at a glance which platform you are signed into.

New

Emails now carry your organization's name

The emails the platform sends to your people on your behalf, membership renewal reminders, invitations, event and payment confirmations, portal sign-in links, now arrive with your organization's own name as the sender. Platform notices to you carry the platform's name. Nothing your members receive reads like it came from a stranger.

New

A clear path from Build Your Club to All In One Nonprofit

Clubs that outgrow their club tools now have a guide at buildyourclub.com/clubs/upgrade: what stays exactly the same when you move up (your sign-in, your organization, every record), what you add (the full 25-app nonprofit platform), and how the move works. Growing was always the plan.

New

Three free ways to try everything before you subscribe

The pricing page now lays out the try-first path plainly: open any app's live demo with no sign-in, take the assessment to find your starting point, or book a call and walk through it with a person. No card, no trial clock, no commitment until you choose to subscribe.

New

Run more than one organization from one sign-in

An account can now belong to several organizations, with a dropdown at the top of your apps portal to switch between them. Every app, record, and setting follows the organization you pick, and each organization keeps its own completely separate books, boards, and records. Built for the many groups that are really two or three legal entities sharing one staff: a membership organization plus its charitable foundation, a society with a giving arm, a sponsor with several projects.

New

Your whole team now works on the same records

App data belongs to the organization now, not to the person who typed it in. Invite a colleague and they see the same member roster, the same board roster, the same registers you do, and their edits land in the organization's one shared copy. Nothing important lives in one person's account anymore.

New

A Member Directory in the member portal

Members can now opt in to a directory and choose exactly what they share: name only, or email and phone too. Everyone starts hidden, sharing is always the member's own choice, and the directory lives right in the member portal alongside dues and events.

Improved

A more helpful welcome

The welcome email new subscribers receive now links straight to the Setup Guide and the Walkthrough Checklist, so your first hour on the platform has a map. The apps also now show your organization's name in the corner from the moment your profile is filled in.

New

Grant Management, from finding funders to the final report

The grant tool (renamed from Grant Writing) now covers the whole grant lifecycle. A new Grant Sources directory shows where to look for funding, free and paid, with a "how to search here" tip for each source. A new Awarded Grants page tracks each grant's period, spending, conditions, and report schedule after you win, and emails you a reminder before each report is due and again if it becomes overdue. A new Funding Source Plan AI helper drafts a tailored where-to-look plan for your mission and location, and the course adds lessons on how to find and secure grants.

Improvement

Built-in support for nonprofit audits

The Compliance Tracker now flags whether your organization likely needs an independent audit, review, or compilation based on your state and revenue (plus the federal Single Audit), with a "getting ready for your audit" checklist and an Audit Readiness Plan helper. Committees adds a ready-to-use Audit Committee charter, the Risk Register includes an internal-controls and fraud risk, and Form 990 Prep points to the correct audit questions.

Coming soon

A Document Library for your organization

A new per-organization vault is on the way: upload and store any file (bylaws, your 990, board minutes, scans) and save the documents your apps generate, all in one searchable place with version history, shared across your team. Rolling out soon at docs.allinonenonprofit.com.

AI Automation

AI helpers arrive across the platform

Your tools can now draft the writing you used to do by hand. Donor Management leads the way with helpers for thank-you letters, lapsed-donor win-backs, year-end giving statements, pledge reminders, and more. Board Management, Fundraising & Development, Grant Management, Marketing, Compliance Tracker, Volunteer Management, and others have their own AI helpers too. Every one is reviewed by you before anything is sent, and each app has an AI Automations Guide that explains what each helper does.

Improvement

See the time you are saving

A new savings dashboard adds up how much time the AI helpers have saved you and estimates the dollar value, with an hourly rate you can adjust to match your team.

Course

Learn right inside the tools

Most tools now include Course Modules: short, plain-language lessons with a quick quiz, so you can learn the topic without leaving the app. New full courses cover Grant Management, Marketing, and Donor Management, with shorter courses added to many other tools.

Improvement

Board Management is now a full operating tool

Alongside its course, Board Management now tracks your board roster, officers, meetings, attendance, and succession planning, and can compile a board packet from your committee reports.

Improvement

Planning tools for Fundraising & Development

The fundraising app gained a grants pipeline tracker and an AI Annual Development Plan generator, so you can plan your year and track funding alongside the lessons.
