If it is not the right fit, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first annual charge and we will refund it in full and close the subscription. It applies to your first annual subscription and to that first charge, not to renewals. Yes. To cancel, sign in and open My Account, go to Billing and renewal, and click Manage billing. That opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription. You will not be billed again, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees. Monthly payments are not refundable, and annual plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first annual charge.
