The Referral Program
Introduce an organization to All In One Nonprofit or All In One For Profit. When it subscribes, we send you a one-time thank-you of one month of the plan it chose: $49 for Essentials or $199 for Complete. When a person you send attends a demo, you receive $25.
Are you a consultant who will keep working with the organization? The
Consultant Partner Program is built for you instead: a share of what the client pays for as long as you hold its consultant seat. The Referral Program is for everyone else: friends, colleagues, vendors and community members who make an introduction and step back. Already a Consultant Partner or Specialist? You are a Referral Partner too, for an organization you will not serve yourself: your Hub has a separate link for it.
Who can take part
Anyone who introduces an organization, as long as they:
- will not hold the consultant seat on that organization's account (helping it later as a Specialist is fine, and a Consultant Partner who sends an organization they will not serve themselves takes part like anyone else);
- are not an owner, officer, board member or employee of the organization they introduce; and
- introduce an organization that was not already a customer, or already talking with us, before the introduction.
What you receive
- One month of the plan the organization chose, once: $49 for Essentials or $199 for Complete, whether it pays monthly or yearly, on either platform.
- $25 for each demo a person you sent books and attends with us.
- If a consultant later serves the organization, the consultant's pay comes from us separately. Nothing is taken from your thank-you.
- It is a thank-you for an introduction to software. It is never a share of money an organization raises.
When it is paid
- The subscription thank-you: 30 days after the organization's first subscription payment, once that payment has not been refunded. A Launch Plan fee on its own does not count; the first subscription after it does.
- The demo thank-you: after the demo, paid by Steve Kennedy.
When a thank-you is due, we email you a private link to choose how you would like to be paid: PayPal, Zelle, a check by mail, or direct deposit. We never ask for a bank account number by email or on that page.
How introductions are tracked
- You receive your own page and QR code. Anyone who scans it or opens the link sees what the platform does and the plans, and can subscribe, book a demo, or ask for a summary by email.
- When a person asks for a demo or the summary, or you introduce them on your private page, their email address is recorded with your code. If they sign up with that email within 120 days of their last contact, on any device, the organization is credited to you.
- Each organization has one referrer: the first person to introduce it keeps it.
- Your private page shows your visits, the people who asked, demos attended, the organizations that joined, and your thank-yous.
The fine print
- Each organization earns one subscription thank-you, once.
- Before the first payment we will ask for a completed Form W-9, and we will send you a Form 1099 when the IRS requires one.
- Tell the people you refer that you may be paid for the introduction. Your page says so as well.
- We may change or end the program for future introductions. A thank-you already earned is always honored on the terms in place when the introduction was made.
- Payments are made by A Step Ahead Media, LLC, doing business as All In One Nonprofit and All In One For Profit, except the demo thank-you, which Steve Kennedy pays.
