The lesson is shown inside the member portal, so there is no video to watch and nothing loads from another site. Headings, bold, lists, links, tables and images are kept. Anything that could run code is removed when you save.

Your courses
A course is an ordered sequence of lessons, and every lesson is one of your modules, so a module you already built is reused rather than rewritten. Lessons open in order, or with a cohort session, or on a date you set. Attach a course to a cohort and its roster is enrolled for you. When a learner meets the completion rule you set, their certificate is issued on your organization's letterhead with your signature block and filed to the Document Library.

Create a course
Attaching a cohort enrolls its roster, and lets a lesson open with a given session. A course with no cohort is self-paced: you enroll people yourself from the course page.
Add a module as a lesson, then set when it opens and whether it is required. Drag is not needed: use the arrows to reorder.
What a learner has to do before the course counts as finished and the certificate is issued.
The certificate carries your organization's name and contact details from My Organization, the course name, the learner, the dates and this signature block. It is filed to the Document Library the first time the learner downloads it.

A cohort is instructor-led with a fixed curriculum, and everyone finishes together. A mastermind is peer-led with an open agenda: members bring their own challenges and hold each other accountable between meetings. Both get a roster, a session calendar with join links, attendance, and a discussion thread; members see all of it on their member page.

The facilitator runs the sessions and records attendance. Any member of your organization, or an outside person by email; an outside facilitator signs in to the member portal like anyone on the roster.
Saving creates every session as an event on your calendar with its join link. You can add, move or cancel single sessions afterward.
