All In One Nonprofit ยท Consultant Partner Program

Consultant Partner Marketing Packet

Everything a Consultant Partner needs to introduce All In One Nonprofit to the organizations they serve: what to say, the prices as published, emails and posts ready to copy, and the brand rules that keep it accurate.

1. What you are offering

The short version you can say in a meeting.

All In One Nonprofit is the software a nonprofit uses to run itself: donors and gifts, fundraising and events, the books, the board, compliance, volunteers and people, the website and forms, all in one place under one sign-in and one subscription. AI drafts the letters, minutes, plans and reports from the organization's own records.

As a Consultant Partner you hold a consultant seat in each client's account, granted by the client. You see every client you serve in one place, with whatever has slipped (the unthanked gift, the filing with no owner, the lapsed screening) listed worst first. You keep your own practice, your own clients and your own fees.

Three lines that work

Elevator lines
One platform to run, govern and grow your nonprofit, on one subscription instead of ten.

It finds what slipped, the gift nobody thanked, the filing nobody owns, before a funder or a board member does.

Your records stay yours. Export them any time, connect your own Stripe or PayPal, and keep every dollar; the platform takes no percentage of gifts.

2. How to describe it

Names spelled the way the product spells them.

ThingWrite it like this
The platformAll In One Nonprofit. Four words, each capitalized. Never AllInOne or All-In-One.
The plansAIONP Essentials and AIONP Complete. New organizations start on the Launch Plan: six months for a one-time $199, credited toward the first subscription.
YouAn All In One Nonprofit Consultant Partner. For example: "Remy's Consulting is an All In One Nonprofit Consultant Partner."
The sectornonprofit, one word, no hyphen.
The web addresshttps://www.allinonenonprofit.com
The company behind itA Step Ahead Media, LLC. It appears at checkout and in contracts, not in marketing.

Describe the platform as a whole ("every app on the plan", "the full platform"). Do not state a number of apps; the count changes as apps are added, and a stale number is a wrong one.

3. Plans and prices

As published at https://www.allinonenonprofit.com/pricing/. Quote these exactly, and point to that page.

Monthly plans and renewals are not refundable.

The client pays the subscription directly. Your own fees are separate, set by you, and yours to keep.

Send from your own address. Replace the words in square brackets.

Introducing the platformFirst contact
Subject: One place to run [Organization]

Hi [Name],

Many of the organizations I work with are running their donors, board, books and compliance across a pile of separate tools, each with its own bill and login. I have started using All In One Nonprofit with clients because it puts all of that in one place, on one subscription, and it lists what has slipped before a funder or a board member notices.

You can try it with sample data, no sign-up needed: https://www.allinonenonprofit.com/demo/

If it looks useful, I would be glad to walk you through it with [Organization]'s own structure in mind. Would 30 minutes next week work?

Subject: A low-cost start for [Organization]

Hi [Name],

Because [Organization] was formed in the last twelve months, it can start on All In One Nonprofit with the Launch Plan: six months for a one-time $199, with donors, the board, the books and compliance organized from day one. The $199 is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days, and it is credited toward your first subscription if you continue at the regular price of $49 a month or $499 a year.

I can help you set it up so the board, the bylaws and the first filings are in place from the start.

Why I recommend it
Most of the nonprofits I work with are not short on commitment. They are short on hours, and a lot of those hours go to chasing the same records across several tools.

I now work with clients on All In One Nonprofit, one platform for donors, the board, the books and compliance, with AI that drafts the thank-you letters and the board report from the organization's own records.

For new organizations
Just formed a nonprofit, or still waiting on your 501(c)(3) letter? All In One Nonprofit's Launch Plan is six months for a one-time $199, credited toward your subscription, so the board, the bylaws, the books and the first filings are organized from day one.

As an All In One Nonprofit Consultant Partner, I help new organizations set it up right.

6. Showing it

Show the product with sample data, never with a real client's records.

7. Brand guidelines

These are the brand guidelines section 11.1 of the Consultant Partner Agreement refers to. While you are a Consultant Partner in good standing, you may use the logo and the title as described here.

The logo

  • Use these files, unaltered: the full logo, https://www.allinonenonprofit.com/assets/logo.png, on white or a light background, and the square mark, https://www.allinonenonprofit.com/assets/brand/aio-mark.png, where space is tight or on the deep navy below. Do not recolor them, outline them, add a shadow, or set them on a photograph.
  • Place it apart from your own logo, with your firm clearly the sender. Write "Consultant Partner" beside it so nobody reads it as our material.
  • Do not put it in a domain name, a social account name, or a mark of your own.

Which pieces you may co-brand

Sections 1, 4 and 5 of this packet may go out under your own name and logo, edited for your voice, as long as every statement of fact (prices, plan names, what the plan includes) stays as written here.

8. What you may and may not say

  • Quote the published prices and link to the pricing page.

  • Work with other software too. The program is not exclusive.

Please do not
