Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

1. What we sell

All In One Nonprofit is a software subscription. We do not sell physical goods, so there are no shipments and nothing to return. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for our subscription plans, AIONP Essentials and AIONP Complete (each billed annually or monthly), the one-time Launch Plan fee, the paid help services (Launch Support, Guided Setup and Platform Consulting), the All In One For Profit plans AIOFP Essentials and AIOFP Complete, the multiple-organization plans, and any earlier one-time purchases.

2. Try before you pay

You can explore every app in our free live demo before you subscribe, so you know exactly what you are getting. You can also book a walkthrough call, or ask us for a private demo account built on your own organization’s structure. All of that is free and happens before any payment. Please use it. If you then choose an annual plan, section 5 adds a 30-day guarantee on the first payment.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, and the payment method you provided at checkout is charged the subscription price at the start of each new billing period until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you consent to these recurring charges.

4. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellation stops all future billing. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

5. Refunds

The 30-day guarantee on annual plans. For an annual plan started on or after October 3, 2026, you may ask for a refund by 11:59 PM Eastern time on the 30th day after your first annual payment, and we refund that payment less one month at your plan’s monthly rate ($49 on AIONP Essentials or AIOFP Essentials, $199 on AIONP Complete or AIOFP Complete, the monthly price of the plan for a multiple-organization subscription). You pay for the month you used and nothing more. The guarantee applies once per organization (one Employer Identification Number), to the first annual payment only; an organization that has used it, under this or any other name, is not eligible again. Additional organizations added to a subscription at half price are covered by the first organization’s 30 days, not by a window of their own. The guarantee does not cover a first annual payment that follows a gift certificate year or the Launch Plan, because by then you have already used the platform for months, and changing your plan or billing period does not start a new 30 days.

What a refund means. The subscription ends on the day of the refund and access ends with it. Your records stay in place, exactly as they do after any cancellation, and you can export them from My Account before you ask or at any time you are still signed in; a request to delete them is separate and is yours to make. A domain we registered for your organization stays registered in your name through the end of its paid year, and you can move it to your own account at any time. Free data migration on annual plans is scheduled after the 30 days have passed, or sooner at your request, which we take as your decision to stay. The refund is returned the way it was paid, to the card through Stripe or to your PayPal account, usually within ten business days. A commission owed to a partner on the refunded payment is reversed.

The Launch Plan. The one-time $199 Launch Plan fee is refundable in full if you ask by 11:59 PM Eastern time on the 30th day after paying it, once per organization (one Employer Identification Number). A refund ends the Launch Plan that day and the organization becomes read-only, with nothing deleted. If you keep it, the $199 is credited toward your first subscription, as explained at https://www.allinonenonprofit.com/launch/.

Paid help. What comes back depends on when you ask.

Ebooks and other downloads. They are delivered the moment you pay, so they are not refundable once purchased. If a file will not open or is not what its page described, write to us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it. Earlier one-time purchases of app suites or the Complete Nonprofit Toolkit are not refundable, and their lifetime access continues.

If a renewal payment fails. Our payment processor tries the card again several times over the next two weeks and emails you each time, and your access continues meanwhile. Update your card from Manage billing in My Account. If the payment still has not gone through after two weeks, the subscription ends and your organization loses access to its paid plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Changing plans. Email us to move between plans or between monthly and annual billing. Moving up, or from monthly to annual, takes effect right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving down, or from annual to monthly, takes effect at your next renewal, and nothing already paid is refunded.

If we end your account. If we ever end your account for a reason other than a breach of our Terms, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for, in proportion to the time left, and give you at least 30 days’ notice.

Everything else is non-refundable. Renewal payments, monthly subscription payments, and any annual payment outside the guarantee are not refundable, including for partial or unused periods. You can cancel at any time, which stops all future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Evaluate first all the same. The free live demo, a walkthrough call, and a private demo account built on your own organization’s structure are all available at no cost and with no commitment. The guarantee is there for the board that needs to see it running before it says yes, not as a substitute for looking first.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address on the account by 11:59 PM Eastern time on the 30th day. Nothing else is required, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

Billing errors. If a billing error occurs on our part, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will correct it promptly.

Please write to us before disputing a charge. When you complete a purchase you agree to our Terms of Service, including this policy. If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] first: we answer within one business day, and a refund or correction from us reaches you faster than a dispute with your bank or card issuer. While a dispute (chargeback) on a payment to us is open, we may pause access to the paid parts of the platform for that organization. Your records are kept and are never deleted because of a dispute. If the dispute is closed in your favor, the payment is treated as refunded under this policy; if it is closed in ours, access resumes.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights in your state or country.
