Project Management
How this works
Use a project for any job that has several steps and more than one person: setting up your organization, a reunion or gala, the yearly Form 990, a grant, or finding new board members. It answers the three questions your board will ask: What is left to do? Who is doing it? Are we on time?
- Open a project. Getting Started is already here. It is your setup checklist, and the steps you have already done are ticked for you.
- Give each task a person and a date. Click a task's name. Pick who will do it and when it is due. Tick the box when it is done.
- Show your board. The Progress report tab prints on your letterhead, files a copy for the board packet, or makes a link your board can open without signing in.
