Two shapes, two prices
Most groups that run more than one organization are one of these. The price depends on which one you are.
A chapter or affiliate with its own EIN, a foundation beside a service entity, a fiscally sponsored project that needs a workspace of its own. One organization leads; the others join its subscription at half the plan price each, on either plan.
Two nonprofits, two businesses, or a business and the nonprofit it supports: a cafe and its rescue charity, a practice and its foundation. Equals, each with everything in Complete, on AIO Complete Duo, Trio or Group.
Related organizations: half price for each additional one
One subscription covers one legal organization, a single entity with its own EIN. Related entities under common control, chapters or affiliates that hold their own EIN, and fiscally sponsored projects that need a workspace of their own each count as their own organization, and each additional one joins the same subscription at half the plan price.

Every organization on an Essentials subscription keeps the Essentials limits of its own: up to three admins and 500 contacts each. Complete has no limit on admins or contacts.
Peer organizations: AIO Complete Duo, Trio and Group
For organizations that are equals rather than parent and chapter. Every organization in the set gets everything in Complete, with no limit on admins, consultants, specialists or contacts. Any mix is fine: a nonprofit and a business share one subscription, and each keeps its own line's words on the screen, so the business sees customers and payments while the charity sees donors and gifts.

- Complete only. There is no Essentials version of the Duo, Trio or Group.
- Chapters and sub-organizations are not peers; they join under the related-organizations rate above.
- One bill, in the name of the organization that buys, with every covered organization named on the receipt.
- The Launch Plan is for a single new nonprofit and does not combine with these.
What stays separate, and what is shared
- Separate: each organization has its own members, donors or customers, documents, books, filings and settings. Records never mix.
- Shared: one sign-in. A person who belongs to more than one organization switches between them on their My Account page, and every app opens on the one they chose.
- Across the pair: money that moves between two of your organizations, such as a share of sales a business sends its charity, is recorded in each organization's own books, so each side's reports stay complete on their own.
- Consultants: each organization decides for itself who holds its consultant seat. The same bookkeeper or consultant can hold a seat in every organization in the set.
How to set it up
Email [email protected] with the names of the organizations, which shape they are, and the plan you want. We set them up together and send one invoice. Already subscribed? The same email adds organizations to the subscription you have.
Organizations that must meet HIPAA or another compliance standard carry additional cost, quoted for the structure.
