IRS Forms Assistant, AI Automations

This app has three narrative drafters, one for each form. Here is how each one works and how to get the most out of it.

Save to Library. Any document this app generates, for any of the three forms, can be saved straight into your shared Document Library with the Save to Library button on the export menu, then found anytime at docs.allinonenonprofit.com (version history, search, org-wide).

Form 1023: Activities Narrative Drafter Part IV

The hardest part of Form 1023 is Part IV, the narrative description of your activities. It is the heart of the application, and the IRS uses it to decide whether your activities qualify as exempt under Section 501(c)(3). The narrative needs to be clear and specific: what you do, who carries it out and who benefits, when and where and how often, how it is funded, and how each activity furthers a charitable, educational, or other exempt purpose. This automation turns your structured answers into that narrative.

Form 1024: Activities Narrative Drafter Part IV

The hardest part of Form 1024 is also its Part IV, the narrative description of your activities. The IRS wants a clear, specific account of what you do, who does it and who benefits, when and where and how often, how it is funded, and how it furthers your exempt purpose. This automation turns your short answers into that narrative.

Form 990: Program Accomplishments Drafter Part III

Part III of Form 990 asks you to describe what your largest program services actually accomplished during the year. Reviewers, funders, and the public read this section closely, so it should be specific and outcome focused: what the program did, who it served, and the results, ideally with numbers. This automation turns your short notes into a filing-ready Part III narrative.
