Connecting your Zoom or Google Meet
All In One Nonprofit can automatically create a video meeting link every time you schedule an event or a board meeting, using your organization's own Zoom or Google Meet account. The meeting lives on your account and your calendar, not ours. Here is how to connect it, once.
What you will need
For Google Meet
Any Google account (a free Gmail account or Google Workspace). You will sign in and approve calendar access so we can create the meeting and its Meet link on your calendar.
For Zoom
A Zoom account. A free Zoom account works, but its meetings are limited to 40 minutes; a Zoom Pro account removes that limit. You will sign in and approve permission to create meetings.
How to connect (about one minute)
- Open the app where you schedule, such as Board Management (board meetings) or Events, and go to its Organization Settings.
- Find the Video meetings section.
- Click Connect Google Meet or Connect Zoom.
- A secure sign-in window from Google or Zoom opens. Sign in to your organization's account and click Allow to approve.
- You will land back in All In One Nonprofit with the account shown as connected. That is it.
From then on, when you create an event or board meeting you can choose to auto-create a Zoom or Google Meet link, and it appears as the meeting location automatically.
Using it after connecting
When you add or edit an event or a board meeting, look for the Auto-create a meeting link option and pick Zoom or Google Meet (leave the location blank). We create the meeting on your account and drop the join link into the location, which then flows into your confirmations and calendar.
Disconnecting
In the same Video meetings settings section, click Disconnect next to a provider at any time. We remove our access; nothing already on your calendar is changed.
Would you rather we set it up for you?
If you would prefer not to handle the connection yourself, our team can set up your Zoom and Google Meet connection for you as a paid concierge service, and make sure auto-create is working across your events and board meetings.
