AI drafts the document, you review and apply it. Each one works only from your organization's own figures: your budget, your transactions, and the actuals that roll up from them. That includes the entries the platform recorded for you when money arrived, as well as the ones somebody typed.
Improve an existing document with AI: Besides drafting from scratch, you can upload a document you already have and let AI improve it. On the AI Automations page, use the "Improve an existing document" card: pick a file (Word, text, or a text-based PDF), and AI returns a cleaner version plus a prioritized summary of what changed, with your original kept. It opens in the Document Library's Improve with AI tool with the document type preset.
Each automation is a short form or a one-click action. Fill in what you have, click Generate, and the result opens where you can edit it and export to Word, PDF, text, print, or email, or apply it straight into the app.
The AI uses only the figures you provide. It will not invent numbers, names, or history; where something is unknown it leaves a [bracket] for you to fill in. It does not give financial, tax, audit, or investment advice.
From a short description of your organization (mission, programs, size, and any prior-year totals), AI drafts a starting annual budget with suggested income and expense categories and amounts. This is planning, not reporting: review the draft, adjust it, and apply it straight into the Budget page as a starting point for your own numbers. Found on the Budget page and the AI Automations page.
A plain-language, board-ready summary of your organization's finances, drafted from your budget-versus-actuals figures. It covers your overall position, how actuals compare to budget, notable variances, restricted versus unrestricted funds, and a short closing. It uses only the figures in your ledger and budget and invents no numbers, so you review and edit before sharing with the board. Found on the Board Report page and the AI Automations page.
A deeper internal analysis of the budget-versus-actuals for the treasurer and finance committee. It looks at where actuals are tracking ahead of or behind budget and what that implies, the most significant variances and what to watch, any cash or fund concerns evident from the figures, and a few concrete recommendations. It works only from the numbers in the app, so use it as a working document for the finance team. Found on the AI Automations page.
These automations are educational and internal management tools. They are not financial, tax, audit, or investment advice. Every automation uses only the figures held in your organization's account, whether somebody entered them or the platform recorded them when money moved, and it invents no numbers. Review every draft, confirm it against your records, and consult a qualified professional before relying on it for any decision, filing, or board action.
The figures and notes used to produce a draft are sent to the All In One Nonprofit AI service to generate that draft and are not stored as part of the result. Drafts are returned to you in the app. Review and edit anything before you send, file, or apply it.
