James, here is the retest. One test, one click, every screen.

Your note said it in one line: from any screen, you should be able to get back to the organization's dashboard in one click, without understanding the architecture. That is now the test we build to. This page walks you through every signed-in screen you reached last time, tells you exactly what changed on each, and asks you to try the click yourself. Checkmarks save in this browser.

Five sections. Each box below is one click to make; tick it once you have made the click and landed where it says. The questions at the end have no boxes.
Before you start: sign in at one address, and only this one. https://app.allinonenonprofit.com/signin. Enter your email and the one-click link arrives as before. Your last screenshots showed app.allinonenonprofit.com in the address bar; that was a separate site with a separate sign-in, and at least some of the backtracking you hit was the two sites not sharing a session. That site is retired. If you have a bookmark for it, replace it now.
Once you are signed in, look at the top of this page. You should see a pill reading Harborlight Community Church · Dashboard right after the All In One Nonprofit wordmark, and the sales links (Home, Learn, Pricing) should be gone. If the pill is not there, you are not signed in yet; sign in and reload this page.
1. The pill: one anchor on every platform page (5 min)
Organization Health.
The Harborlight Community Church · Dashboard pill in the header.
Your organization's dashboard, the page that lists your apps.
Your third screenshot. This page wore the sales site's header: Home, Learn, Pricing, For Chapters, with nothing that named Harborlight. Now, once you are signed in, the header shows your organization's name as a pill, one click from the dashboard, and the sales links are hidden. The wordmark itself also goes to the dashboard instead of the sales home page.
My Organization.
The same pill, same place.
The dashboard.
Your fourth screenshot. The only way back was a text link buried in the fourth line of the intro paragraph. The pill is now the way back, and it is in the same place it is on every other platform page.
Contact support.
The pill.
The dashboard.
Same header file as the two above, so it got the same fix at the same time.
My Account.
The ← Dashboard link at the top right, beside My Organization.
The dashboard.
This page had no way back at all. It has one now.
Notifications (Needs your attention).
The ← Dashboard link at the top right, beside Reload.
The dashboard.
Same as My Account: no way back before, one now.
2. Where Home used to mean the sales page (3 min)
Organization Calendar.
The Dashboard link in the calendar's own header, top right.
The dashboard.
That link read Home and went to the sales site. It reads Dashboard now and goes to your organization.
The Complete Guide.
The link at the very top of the cover. Signed in, it reads Harborlight Community Church · Dashboard.
The dashboard.
The guide is a public page, so visitors who are not signed in still see Home. For you, signed in, that link becomes your organization. My apps sends new users here as the place to start, so it was the worst spot for a link to the sales page.
The Platform Workflows.
The first crumb under the title. Signed in, it reads Harborlight Community Church · Dashboard.
The dashboard.
Same as the guide.
3. Inside an app: one word per destination, and a sidebar you can scan (5 min)
Open Board Management and read the sidebar before clicking anything.
Two labeled groups. IN THIS APP at the top, with the app's own tools, starting with Overview. EVERYWHERE at the bottom, with the six links that are identical in every app: Document Library, My Organization, My Account, Organization Calendar, Notifications, Contact support.
Those six were mixed in with the app's own items, a third of the way down, with nothing to say which links stayed inside the app and which left it. Every app now separates them the same way.
Notice the first item says Overview, not Dashboard.
You counted five words that meant home. One of them was Dashboard, which meant the organization on one screen and the app's own start page on the next. Now it means one thing. Dashboard is always the organization. Overview is always an app's own first screen. Home no longer appears on any signed-in screen.
Now get back to the dashboard in one click.
The All In One Nonprofit mark at the top of the sidebar (it is titled My Apps).
The dashboard.
This one already worked; it is listed so the test is complete. Inside an app, the mark at the top of the sidebar is the anchor; on the platform pages, the pill is. Both are one click.
Try the same in the Document Library.
The mark at the top of the sidebar.
The dashboard.
4. One door fewer (2 min)
Open the old Org Settings address.
My Organization. No separate settings page.
Your second screenshot showed Org Settings and My Organization side by side in the header, two doors to overlapping settings. Org Settings duplicated fields that already lived on My Organization (name, EIN, letterhead, signature, mission, document footer). It is retired; the link is gone from the header, and the old address forwards to My Organization so nothing anyone bookmarked breaks.
Look at the dashboard itself once more.
The page is titled Harborlight Community Church with a small Dashboard label, not My apps. The header reads Hub, My Account, My Organization, Sign out. No Org Settings.
Every Dashboard click on this list lands here, so the page had to be called what the links call it. The word My apps is gone from signed-in screens, along with Home.
The Hub, the level above your organizations.
Dashboard in the Hub header.
The dashboard.
The Hub is where a consultant sees every organization at once, so it sits one level above the dashboard and is the one screen that is not the dashboard on purpose. Its way back used to be labeled My apps; it now says Dashboard, the same word as everywhere else.
5. Three questions for you (no boxes, just answers)
  1. Which screen were you on when you stopped last time? The exact page matters more than any other answer on this list. If it is one of the screens above, say which; if it is not, send the address.
  2. Any screen above where the click did not land on the dashboard. Name the screen and what happened instead. One failing screen is a bug; I would rather hear about it from you than from a client.
  3. Your anchor bar, one more time. You proposed: Harborlight Community Church | Dashboard | My Apps | Documents | Calendar | Settings. What shipped is the organization name as the anchor (the pill on platform pages, the mark inside apps) plus the Everywhere group in every app sidebar. Two of your items were folded: Dashboard and My Apps are one place now, and Settings is My Organization. Does that cover what you meant, or is a bar across the top of every app still the thing you would want?
Send the answers however is easiest: reply to my email, or use Contact support, which lands in the same place. Notes typed here stay in this browser only; copy them into your reply.
